Miranda Kerr for Vogue UK June 2012

Here it is again, one of my favorite VS angel, Miranda Kerr. She is a good role model for us who want to have a great body for Summer , yet also ignoring outside pressures. I've been doing yoga for several months, let me tell you... the result is amazing! It calms my mind and thoughts. I used to have difficulty in controlling my anger , but since I am currently obsessed with exercising yoga everywhere, anyhow, and whenever, it helps me with my breathing system too and makes me feel good about myself both physically and mentally :) You should try yoga , then maybe some pilates or body balance to opt for more choices for your gym exercises :)

Gosh she is just such a beauty, and great role model. I've done yoga a few times myself and have to agree, so good for calming yourself :)
